Description
Three $2 U.S. bills from the 1928 series (Series of 1928 F). They are Federal Reserve Notes with distinctive red seals and serial numbers on the front. The front of each bill features a portrait of Thomas Jefferson, while the reverse shows an engraving of Monticello, Jefferson's historic home in Virginia.
The serial numbers for these three notes are:
- D47047890 A
- D63867224 A
- D75572478 A
The bills appear with some visible wear, folding, and aging, which is typical for currency of this age. Each note has the standard "TWO DOLLARS" text and denomination markers, along with the "UNITED STATES OF AMERICA" banner. The bills feature signatures of Treasury officials and the red Federal Reserve seal.
These $2 bills are historical examples of U.S. currency from nearly 100 years ago, representing an interesting piece of American monetary history.
